  My social security number has bern stolen and used under someone elses name since 2008 and they still have found away to not refund me, they are crooks.

  The current hold time is greater than 6 hours. California government is useless! What a waste of our tax dollars.

  Was not sure what to expect, but the lady that helped me in the San Diego tax office was nice, caring and very helpful. I did not receive that type of care from the FTB on line as I definitely was treated poorly. So it was a welcomed encounter with good service today from the CA FTB. Guess you have to be lucky enough to have someone that helps you that really cares over there.
