  *STAY AWAY* STAY AWAY* PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE Price gouging like crazy on top of technicians that dont know ANYTHING about trucks then make you pay for it when they did not even fix anything. The Front desk lady is RUDE and has the IQ of a box of rocks. The owner of this dump wont even speak to you. Please support other fair honest business' and stay away from this dump!

  Good quality service BUT prices are out this Universe! For a road call 33 miles away with a ruptured airline they charged almost $800! It took 5 minutes to replace the airline but not only did they charge me $144 for the line + more $$ for fittings, they changed me $220 labor to make it on site! They even charge for zip ties!

  HUGE RIPOFF. Do not go here if you can help it. They charge a ridiculous amount per hour and will take too long to do a simple job just to extend the bill. Get a complete quote with the final total (taxes and feed included) from them before getting any work done here. If I could less than a star, I would. THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR BUSINESS.

  PRICE GAUGING! Too bad there isn't a rating lower than one star. Long story short, I ran out of gas on HWY 303. My fault, I didn't respect the gas gauge. Anyhow, I thought "I'll just call a place that is as close as possible from Google." Holy Jesus what a mistake. The receptionist was nice - so that is the only plus I can give them. She said "it'll be $125" -- a bit steep, but hey, my fault for running out of gas. I asked if I paid cash right there, could they just run out a couple of gallons -- she asked the make of my car and talked to to the owner -- came back with "he says now it'll be $200." This was at 10:30am in the morning. Not the middle of the night, not a dangerous situation, and honestly, just needed a few gallons to get me down the road. Anyhow, I thanked her but said "no thanks" and decided to go a bit further down my Google search...and there was Ben's Towing who said "oh that stinks - $45 including the gas and I'll send my guy out in a few minutes." I get it, its not like people are going to check Yelp Reviews before calling roadside service, but if you come upon this and have a choice of providers, STAY AWAY FROM FRAN ROCK.
