I love the convenience and overall concept of Foxtrot, and was so thrilled when I heard it was coming to Bethesda! It was really great in the beginning, although recently the experience is less than pleasant. Shelf and fridge items are disorganized and messy, hardly ever stocked, and the staff are too concerned with chatting amongst themselves than paying attention to a customer. Once they finish their conversation and jokes and check out your items, they are rude and almost offended that you are standing there. I'm not the one to complain too often, and am rather reasonable, but the lack of care, positive attitude and attention amongst the staff is disappointing.

Cute little spot that blends convenience store and coffee bar. A few aisles of snacks and refrigerated items plus wine and premixed cocktails. Vigilante coffee with smoothies, pastries, and hot food too. Individual prepared bowls and other cool Knick knacks but per usual as with downtown Bethesda expensive as hell

Nice place to grab a coffee and some quick breakfast. Unfortunately, they either had no eggs or were unable to cook eggs when I visited, so that ruled out the breakfast sandwiches, but the breakfast toasts were available. I ordered the bacon-tomato toast for $9. The toast is a huge slice of sourdough bread covered with mashed avocado and topped with citrusy tomatoes and lots of chunks of chopped bacon. Thankfully, the serving was huge, and the toast delicious. The coffee also was pretty good.
