  Moments in life as special as a wedding deserve special attention. Allison at Fox's helped me to find the perfect ring for my husband. It was a special order, the wedding was 5 weeks away and they performed a miracle! The designer said yes to getting the ring to Allison in time for my wedding and I got to present my husband with a beautiful unique symbol. I could not be happier with all their special attention to my needs and their fabulous selection and customer service. The other notable is Fox's has a gorgeous gem water bottle selection that made the best gift for our moms. All the moms loved them and enjoy using them. Fox's is a must for anyone who is looking for something special and phenomenal service. My expectations were overwhelmingly surpassed!

  I went to Fox's Seattle to restyle some family jewelry. Not being a huge jewelry wearer, I was a little hesitant to start the process. When I walked in, I immediately felt welcomed, and quickly felt comfortable working with Allison and Zoey. They listened to what I wanted to accomplish, were respectful of my budget, and offered great suggestions for some gemstone choices that I may not have thought about on my own. It was a collaborative process, and the end result was magnificent! After a couple of weeks, when I needed a slight adjustment, they were easy to work with and quick to make it happen. It's clear that they build relationships with their clients, and I felt like a truly valued customer.

  Every person from Foxes that has helped me has been helpful and kind. I had a repair issue on a watch and was never left to fall through the cracks.It was their kindness that impressed me the most. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. Dave H

  I love Fox's. My engagement ring is from here, and they just special ordered the matching wedding band for us since the maker doesn't actively offer it anymore. Customer service is excellent, they're incredibly attentive and know their stuff. We also are getting my fiance's band from Fox's since they inspire serious loyalty from their customers.
