  The staff here is good and have always been friendly in the many years that I have dealt with them. That being said, some improvements toward safety needs to be addressed. If you rent a trailer, be sure to check to see if the tires are safe to operate, that the lights work, and that the safety chains, etc., meet legal safety standards, and that the registration of the trailer has been kept up to date. I've had multiple issues with these problems over the years, and have learned to be cautious before doing business because I've had issues with each one of these problems, all more than once and sometimes to the point of being disruptive to my schedule and, more concerning, leaving questions over my safety and the safety of other motorists.
