  This place over promises and under delivers. They damaged my hard wood floors by failing to put anything down- they promised they were putting down masonite to protect my floors but did nothing. The installers were very nice, but unfortunately not given the tools they needed to do a complete and proper job. Just go elsewhere. They don't even care when you're upset, because it "couldn't be avoided" except it could have if you followed the plan laid out by the surveyor.

  Went here for an estimate to replace my current laminate flooring. I advised salesman I have around 300sq feet and I need something Inexpensive because I'm selling the house, either linoleum or vinyl. He came up with an estimated price of $2500 (not including removal of old floor). I called a competitor (Carpeting by B and S) and I gave them the exact same information and they gave me an estimate of $1000 (including removal of old floor). They came on Wednesday to confirm measurements and give me a written estimate (which was same as I was quoted over phone) and the job was completed on Friday. Will never recommend fox floors to anyone. Extremely overpriced.
