  A year ago I had a great experience with Fowler, called for service because I just bought a new house and the boiler had a service tag from Fowler. They got me up and running without issue. A week ago I called for service and they flat out refused to come. Was very rude to my wife on the phone and told us to call who ever fills the tank. So this company went from “sure no problem” to “we only do service if we fill your tank”
