  Very obscure new little street-end park has been established here under a City of Seattle program to reclaim disused city property. No one would EVER stumble across this little gem, because you have to drive down Perkins Lane. Parking is extremely limited, but the views down here are magical. Mt. Rainier, the Seattle Waterfront, West Seattle, and the ferries going by are just part of the attraction.
