  I recently stayed at the Four Seasons for a work trip and IT WAS BY FAR THE BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD! From the time that I arrived to the from the time I left, the staff’s attention to detail was impeccable. From the full service gym to the variety of outdoor spaces, the hotel has everything you need. It’s also in great walking distance to amazing sites and eateries in Miami. The gym is an Equinox gym with great amenities, including a full locker room with towel service and a steam room. The hotel organized an event for my company. The food and drinks were amazing! The best hotel food I’ve ever had! I will absolutely staff here again the next time I’m in Miami.

  this place sucks so bad.... after i slept here and went home i got bed bugs all over it was terrible... never even think about coming here

  Very friendly staff willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. Unlike many other upscale Miami hotels, they do not foster a party-like atmosphere, which is great. Nothing worse than hearing loud party music wherever you go. Their facilities are top notch and all inclusive. The Equinox gym is huge and well equipped. The Four Seasons has all the other amenities you would expect from a 4-star hotel in the middle of Miami. Just be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for all this. Only reason I took off a star was because even for a high end vacation city, things like room service and inroom bar are high priced. $5 for a bag of chips. $12 for a glass of wine from a plastic bottle etc. I got room service for 1 desert and it cost $35.

  Good clean hotel. Its brand new, the rooms are nice and the staff helpful. I like the lobby and bar area, it's comfortable and the breakfasts are good. Only thing is, it's right next to a mall, essentially in the parking lot. But that also means easy access. It's just a few minutes drive to downtown, not far from the school. I will stay here again .

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... What an amazing place this hotel has one the best pools I think I’ve ever been to. My family and I came here for New Year’s for 2018 kick off. They have one of the best afternoon New Year’s Day brunches. The restaurant had huge paella pans and they were making seafood and meat paella. They had an amazing raw bar with three kinds of oysters and real lump crab, lobster claws, snow crab, Stone crab, and shrimp. We had a dog with us they allow dogs anywhere in the hotel so amazing to have him with us spending New Year’s. They gave him a little dog bowl and a scarf dog biscuits very dog friendly we have the dog by the pool with us the whole time.
