  I would highly recommend NOT STAYING HERE. I travel alot for work. I stay in hotels often, and for long periods of time each stay. I tried this hotel because it looked beautiful from the pictures online and it looked like a good choice. I was absolutely, 100% wrong. I do not usually write negative reviews, but it's only fair to warm travelers who expect to get their moneys worth. -- Horrible customer service, at check-in and during the stay. Guest is not made to feel valued. They have no sense of urgency on issues. And make you feel as though you're inconveniencing them with your concerns. --check-in can take HOURS, if they even have rooms after you've made the reservation! Room--Dirty!! Hair all over bathroom and linens, carpet filthy, walpaper peeling in large amounts, windows open but don't stay up and have no screens. DO NOT expect a quiet nights for rest and relaxation. The rooms are not sound proof. You can hear everything in the hallway, next room and outside. You're next to an airport, so good luck if there is another of flight traffic. They have a small fridge, but no microwave so if you want to make something to eat, you have to go all the way to the front desk and use a "community microwave" who does that?!?! HUGE Inconvenience. --Room keys deacctivate themselves even if your careful and not put them next to cell phone etc. Bathroom is tiny and set up horribly so it's uncomfortable moving around the door to shower etc. The 2 positives, the bed was comfy and the hotel is very conveniently located next to the hwy. Overall, very beautiful pictures online but in real life.. over priced, dirty, uncomfortable, and unpleasant. I will NEVER stay here again, worst 10 days in a hotel I've ever had. I have switched hotels now that the holiday has passed and the other hotels have rooms available.

  Sadly, this was not a successful visit. The front desk is incredibly friendly, which is a positive. But my fridge is broken, there is no soap or shampoo in the containers in the shower, and the room was inexplicably not cleaned today. Sorry to have to leave a negative review.

  Rooms are pretty good. The mattress is a little firm for my tastes. Rooms have a fridge. Microwave is in the lobby. Front desk staff are pleasant. I Might come back here if I need to.

  Very modern, relatively new hotel. Features courteous staff, clean rooms, modern furnishings and close to the airport. Great place for meeting up for the casual rendezvous.

  Loved the room and comfort. Staff was very friendly. General Manager (Ms. Young) was extremely courteous and helpful with a couple of minor complaints. Note -- there is NOT a free breakfast as this web ad says. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
