::Excellent service! The staff at their adjacent Italian restaurant treated my girls and I like queens! WeWork is directly across the street, great spot to chill and take a break.

::Hotel très bien localisé certes mais trop cher pour les prestations je trouve. Les murs sont en carton on entend les portes claquer jour et nuit (surtout la nuit en fait) ainsi que les bips intempestifs de l'ascenseur. Idem pour les fenêtres qui n'isolent pas grand chose : en soirée la rue est saturée par le trafic (tunnel vers le New Jersey) et les américains ayant le bon goût de klaxonner à tout va, c'est comme s'ils étaient avec nous dans la chambre. L'isolation phonique est pour moi le plus gros défaut de cet hôtel.

::We stayed at one of the rooms for 4 days; initially we were going to have a suite for 2 of those days, but there seemed to be a problem with the room. They refunded the cost of the suite and offered us a regular room (the same room we were in the first two nights so that we didnt need to move our things). The room was very nice, fully supplied with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash enough for all three of us. They may have also supplied toothpaste and mouth wash (unsure if it was ours or supplied to us). We were given a few complimentary waters, and the workers were all very kind and helpful with all of our questions.

::This is a very cute hotel. It is very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel is located in Soho, and is within walking distance to tons of shops and great eating spots.

::My stay here was great. They were able to accommodate an early check-in without any issues. The rooms are a decent size for the price. The location is great and it is easy to get anywhere else in NYC from the hotel.
