::I booked a reservation at this hotel. I paid for a King Room and they tried to give me 2 double beds. It definitely doesn't make any sense. They're doing remodeling and it's not in the best shape as they're doing it. The lady at the front desk was awesome though. She definitely solved my problem without hesitation. I would give this place another try. But this review has to stay.

::My stay was good not great. Close to airport which was a plus. I was expecting what i expected all four points to be like and was SUPER disappointed. Hotel itself is rundown. My bathroom light switch which gets a lot of use was so dirty I had to clean it myself. Bed was comfy you can tell it’d been used. Lots of noise. Someone tried repeatedly to open my door thank God I had the safety stopper engaged. It freaked me out. Front desk staff were good. I think like everyone they are tired and over worked. I don’t believe it deserves the star rating it has. I’m really disappointed I didn’t read the reviews first I just booked because my flight got canceled and I know the name is always dependable but I was wrong this time.

::Don’t come to this 4 Pts expecting much. Run down and well used. They claim construction but I didn’t see any. They certainly need it. But even so, we had issues that should have been corrected. Nickel and dime the breakfast. It’s an airport so maybe that’s it, I’m sure maintaining a standard with that poor labor quality and that kind of traffic is challenging. Still meet the standard or drop the brand.

::Honest Review. Relatively 3/5 Clean (Shower, and Carpet needed cleaning, dusty) but overall clean enough. Bed was SUPER comfy, King size bed room… with “queen size pillows?” It’s ok - they were very comfortable and plush. The staff were courteous - wouldn’t go as far as to say “friendly”, they weren’t, but not rude. It is very centrally located 7 minutes from MSP AIRPORT and from Mall of America. The hotel needs an obvious refurb. It has ceiling yellow leak stains (we were on second floor unit) carpet stains, broken furniture, beat up furniture, moldy shower, and very “below average” appearance. There is no dark shade curtains so no way of blocking outside light - what’s up with that? — All In all it was a good price and a relatively comfortable stay… but it’s far from a 4 star quality hotel. It’s above par for a Motel and subpar for a Hotel specially from this Sheraton chain.

::I would have to agree with others that, while the hotel is clean, it is tired, understaffed and not deserving of a 3-3.5 star hotel. I’ve stayed in this brand’s hotels before. I’ve always found them bright, cheery and updated. This place is none of that. From the waiting 10 minutes for a front desk employee to appear for checkin, to the shabby finishings, and the completely bare lobby (no water or coffee station as other hotels of this brand have, nothing besides candy and soda in the cafe), it was all around disappointing. Again, it was clean, but completely uninspired and lacking the 4 points touches.
