  I would not recommend staying here until construction is over. We checked in on a Thursday night. Friday morning we were awakened around 7 by hammering. We called the front desk and got a tepid apology. The hammering continued. Saturday morning we woke up to hammering at 8am. We went down to the front desk in person to complain and were given a couple breakfast vouchers. Monday morning drilling started at 8:15am. I called the front desk and got transferred to the general manager. I got his voicemail. He never called back. When we checked in Thursday the room seemed dusty so we wiped off some of the surfaces. When we checked out Tuesday all the surfaces were covered with white dust. We woke up with dry mouth and sore throats due to the dust from what I assume is drywall. In non-construction related feedback: The bed was poor, below average softness and lumpy. Showers were hot. Bulk soap dispenser on the wall instead of small amenity bottles. Breakfast was mediocre even for being free with the voucher. $9-11 for a small plate. Refrigerator, microwave, and crib were available for delivery to the room at no cost. This was not the first time we stayed here, but it is probably the last.

  Good value hotel - bar and restaurant on site, clean and comfortable rooms with towels, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. Complimentary water and coffee included. Subtract a star because they had units that were being renovated and construction started early at 7 AM.

  Found hairs in our bed! Standard policy is to replace entire bedding. When told they send new sheets to us, no house keepers so we are forced to change the sheets! When they brought replacement bedding they did not bring new comforter. no free shuttle service, most places in Seattle offer that! I'm extremely disappointed! 1st 3 star hotel that I stayed at that felt like a 2 star place Added later the next morning, on a plus side the staff is very friendly and helpful. Big bonus they actually have Dasani water bottles to drink.

  What can I say about this place? First off parking is next to impossible to find in this area so good luck. As for the hotel it is really nice. The rooms are pretty specious and well maintained. A good place for business travel. There aren’t too many restaurants nearby but they do have one in the lobby which was pretty good.

  One of the best lodging values around Seattle, not new but clean and well managed. The staff are courteous and do there jobs well. Also have good secure parking. One warning, the parking structure only accomadate vehicles under six feet two inches.
