  The person in charge, Claudia, is extremely rude. I asked her what materials does she use for my daughter's speech therapy so that we can practice at home. She refused to give me any information so that my daughter can practice at home. Also, on groupon and other sites, they offer discount prices for speech and tutoring for this location. Claudia told me that the owner does not accept that and that I would have to pay full price. I asked to speak with the owner several times and she claims that she is the owner, but she is not. Someone told me that her husband is the owner. All she cares about is the money. Also, I had approached her about a complaint and she created this document the next day and wanted me to sign in. She makes up paperwork and has people sign it whenever it is convenient for her. Maybe she just wants to save her own behind from getting sued. My daughter had already started therapy for about 4 months and I was still signing paperwork that she makes up as she goes. I called my medical insurance and tried to find a speech therapist that can go to my house and I found one that is cheaper than Four C's Learning Center. She also provides me websites that I can print out stuff to practice with my daughter. She comes on the weekends and my daughter has improved alot. She would never have gotten this far if I still had her in Four C's Learning Center.
