::I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and management interest from this company. We ordered a feathery palm plant from the funeral home's website for an employee who lost his father. The plant was not at the services and did not get to our employee. I only found out about the issue yesterday (almost a week later) and was so upset. I called Fountain Square Funeral Home and everyone I talked to was extremely abrasive and unhelpful. I was very surprised due to the nature of their business. I was patched through to Chris Cox who even told me he was driving and not able to write down any of the specifics when I talked to him. I definitely got the feeling that my issue was SO unimportant to him that he could not even pull over and try to help me. I am really not sure why the funeral home even got him on the line, he was no help. He basically told me to follow up with Flowers on the Square, which I did. Terry was very nice but she said that she did deliver a peace lily... which is not what I ordered. So whatever happened between the delivery and the service falls back on the Fountain Square Funeral Home. I called back and left all the info last night (as Chris asked) then I called today and still no help. Apparently, Chris is out and no one else is able to help me. I would avoid this business if you are looking for compassionate individuals to help you in a time of need.... my issues is minimal compared to losing a loved one. I can't imagine how rude and uncaring they are to their customers! I had to give them 1 start to post. I really would not have even given them one star.
