  The employees used to be rude, so I stopped going here for years. The last 3 times, over maybe 4 or 5 months, the employees were friendly and helpful. Thus visit was rather pleasant. They didn't have what I was looking for, but offered to order it. And the gave me useful information in case I found it elsewhere. I'm glad to see they have improved. I will start going here again as long as it continues.

  This is a great hardware store. Allways has plenty of knowledgeable staff on hand. I oftentimes drive past the HD on the way to Foster's. Prices are competitive, counter staff is friendly.

  Stopped here today for a few things I left very happy. As a business owner I appreciate good customer service! I was approached by 2 different staff that made my visit very fast and easy! This place is very well staffed and very organized. To the owner, you have very on the ball employees on the floor helping customers. If I'm ever in the area and need anything I will definitely stop here again.

  A wide variety of products crammed into a smaller store in a very organized fashion. Lots of helpful employees. Really beats the big box home improvement stores. Love this place.

  Went to buy a drill, decided to browse shop and look around, went to door hardware and was asked by every employee, 5 total, if i needed help. The first time was fine, got the drill, said i was gonna shop some and get a few more items and asked if he could hold it at the register, but it got to be a nuisance because the store was not to busy and i know the other employees heard me say i was okay at the door handles and did not need help and was still asked one last time. I put down the door knob i was reading about, walked to the register and I told the cashier i did not want to drill anymore and left.
