  Did Willie Majewski of McKees Rocks attend school here prior to his disappearance? William Dugan of Altoona PA murdered him on a Saturday in November of 1991. I was at work for 11 hours at the Logan Valley mall. He took a rusted 1983 Ford Ltd for the day, had no repairs done and returned it after dark with a scruffy face. He fishes for a hobby and must have connected with Willie at the river. The car stunk like decay after he had it and he was defensive when I complained about it. This is in part why I think William Dugan murdered Willie. Because of a cover up William Dugan was later able to teach tinsmithing to children at Fort Roberdeau near Altoona and groom his second victim Eric Pyles who disappeared in December of 2000. I needed to make this info public ASAP.
