  We are very happy with our new floors! Joe came to the house and discussed what we wanted. He had good advice about color choice and explained the pros and cons of differnt types of flooring products. He brought samples and was patient with us while we were deciding on which product and then which color we wanted. The installers arrived on time, were courteous, did a great job, and cleaned up when they were finished. We are thrilled with the final outcome!
