  I had a great experience working with Forza Forni. It was a big help to be able to tour their facility and test kitchen; I was able to actually bake in each of their oven lines and find the one that worked best for me. I ended up going with their Caterer 90 mobile oven for catering, which has worked great so far. There are a lot of different companies out there selling ovens, but I chose Forza Forni because they seem to be the most serious about sticking to real Italian brick ovens with long track records behind them.
