  Bottom line: Premium MMA/jiu-jitsu gym in central Dallas great for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Pros: Clean facilities, instructors/coaches, quality training partners Recommendations: I train jiu-jitsu in the mornings and would love to have a schedule that provides the option to train every morning.
