  Will not use in the future. I called to place my order and I was told that they would be delivered around 1:00 pm. At 3:00pm I called and the flowers were still out for delivery. They claimed they called my wife but she had no missed calls. At 5:30 the delivery was not made. The manager, Maria, actually yelled at me on the phone. They refunded the charge, but my wife didn't get her flowers.

  They did a same-day delivery. Very friendly, and they had a creative and lovely idea for an arrangement.
