  If you're looking for a doctor that listens to you and treats you like a person, then don't come here. We waited forever, then the doctor was super dismissive of everything we had to say. My child felt like they were accused of lying. She acted like I was doing something wrong in coming to her for my child's vision issues. Not to worry about that, we will not be returning. My child absolutely hates to get their eyes dilated and asked me if we could go to another ophthalmologist ASAP to see if they will actually listen to us.

  I’ve been here a couple of times for my teenage daughter and I don’t think the staff is unbelievably rude, they’re just not friendly, don’t smile, and get straight to the point. We did arrive on time for the appointment but still waited a couple of hours for her eye surgery. The doctors were thorough and answered all of my questions. It was a clean environment overall.

  From the front desk to Dr. Ranelle and most notably the surgery coordinator, Jennifer, were all professional, friendly, and accommodating. Trust my 2 year olds eyes to their hands only. Highly recommended!!

  Most outstandingly wonderful experience. Dr Ranelle and his entire staff were exceptionally accommodating to my wife. My wife has special needs when it comes to medical issues. A special time was made for her visit so they could concentrate on her and not interfere with other patients. One test she had done the tech actually picked up the equipment and held it up to my wife since it's hard for her to lean over into the equipment. I cannot recommend Dr Ranelle and his staff highly enough. Jill and Lily were outstanding.

  Pretty busy Place. Whoever does the lawn there does a really great job. Not sure of the lawn company. The landscaping always looks immaculate. If the outside is any indication of what's inside then I would say they're presenting their company well.
