  FW Adventure Bootcamp has been an important part of my life for the past 7 years. It's tough, fun, rewarding, challenging, and most of all it's effective! Dee is motivational and knowledgable, and the group of women working out together has become a close-knit team.

  I have been working out in this program for over three years. The results I see when commit are incredible. I would never push myself on my own. Dee knows how far I can go which is ALWAYS further than I think I can. He is great at what he does!
