::Awesome and very convenient place, also very clean and safe

::Everything about FW seems to work perfectly. The TRE, the Intermodal, etc are just great examples. Naturally clerks etc could be more pleasant —after all, many of us work hard and are not appreciated but still know when at work, our job is to be nice as well as knowledgeable. Like Biblical Golden Rule: Do to others AS YOU WOULD LIKE THEM TO DO TO YOU. Can’t guarantee anyones’s behavior but your own.

::People must understand that trains sharing tracks must yield to other freight trains. It would cost millions to have individual tracks if they went in both directions with no directions.
Andongatei Ghislain
::Nice beautiful place. But the train delays can kill. Ugh!!
Bryan Miller
::The station isn’t bad. The real issue is the Amtrak train service. It couldn’t be slower. Delay after delay. Took it because how could there be traffic on a train track? Well, apparently there is because they can’t communicate properly with freight trains. Long story short - I arrived 4 hours late. Almost midnight. Never again!
