  The actual exchange was a great experience - lots of options for multiple shopping categories. The person checking us out was nice. However, the workers at Charlie's were extremely rude. They rushed us through our order and acted like they didn't care and didn't want to be there.

  The worst exchange i have ever been. They need to remodel the whole store and upgrade the Building. It smells and looks old. Not alot of decent options at the food court.

  I was able to find mostly what I needed plus more than what I planned on buying (that wasn't on the shopping list). Great place to shop.

  Great prices and helpful staff. They didn't have what I wanted on hand so they called Randolph for me and had it put on hold.

  You seen one PX you've seen them all... except this one has a Coach store attached to it. Food court is pretty small but there is plenty of food options in and around Fort Sam Houston. I tend to go straight to the electronics/Power Zone because your can always find good merchandise on clearance.
