  It's beautiful and sad place to come to for memorial services for friends we've lost.

  As a local videographer, I regularly visit the Old Post Chapel to film weddings and memorial services. It's a very quaint and special place in a quiet part of the Ft Myer base. The gate to Arlington National Cemetery is adjacent to the chapel which is very convenient for family members to follow the caisson to a burial site. There is a large parking lot opposite the chapel. One word of advice - be sure to allow extra time to be processed through security at the Hatfield Gate. For weddings, some couples choose to have their reception at the Ft Myer Officer's Club - just up the street on base.
