::Anyone who is in to Old West history needs to visit while in Tucson Az. Thier many cool relics from the early days of Arizona, give a glimpse into daily life at a frontier fort.
Matthew Rasmussen
::Due to vandalism, access to the ruins is behind a fence, which is unfortunate. The associated museum is great and worth the trip by itself - and it's free. The museum covers the history of more than just the old fort.

::Building is not the original officers quarters from the mid 1860's. The present structure was built in 1963 it resembles the original built by the calvery in the mid 1860's. Ft. Lowell historical park was in operation from the mid 1860's until early 1890's to house the officers of the calvary. Not open daily, but very informative as to the history of the military outpost.

::This is actually worth a stop; especially, if you like military history.

::Aunque pequeño y sencillo buen museo para iniciar a los niños en la historia de la zona, recomendado
