  Sure this place is messy & constantly has long lines but when you come in & see the prices, you almost forget the negatives. Its a giant warehouse style store carrying many brands of sneaker, clothing, & accessories. One thing you should check to see is the actual sizes of the clothing matches what's listed on the hangar. Sometimes its wrong. You can always seem to find a bargain here. Customer service is what you expect in the BX, sometimes rude & not there but I rarely ask for help anyway. And with all big stores like this there is bag check so keep that in mind while shopping. Maybe start here first lol

  You can find a bargain but not all the clothes are accurate sizes. Best to try it on before buying. If you do make a return, they take the items at the door, place a sticker on them and hold them for you at the check out area to prevent shoplifting, there's no name attached to your merchandise so I'd hate to return stuff when it's crowded with customers.

  Rude customer service, highly disorganized. Went there for a collared shirt and some slacks for an interview. You'd be surprised how many of the shirts had holes in it or were discolored. I understand it's a discount store, but even Marshalls maintains its inventory. A lot of the clothing was also missing tags and descriptions. Again I understand it's a discount store but a lot of the items are once in a lifetime pieces so organization is key. And there's a loud lady there that's always screaming, I assume she's the manager.

  I was at the store which is a little messy and short staffed. But the Angel by the name of Ernesto Martinez took the time to assist me with looking thru mounds and mounds of Denim Jeans. He took his time and did not get upset when he could not find the size. He happily looked else where. This young man is a godsend. Forman Mills need more help/staff like him. If your there and you need him look for the neatly clean cut young man. The prices are Great also.
