  I love Forever21 for their affordability, but the store is rarely in order. Plus their customer service is terrible. Anytime I call or come in with a question about a product being in stock, or where I might find it, they hang up on me or shrug their shoulders. So much unnecessary attitude in response to my requests that require them to actually do their jobs.

  Not as nice anymore. Before it was remodeled I could spend hours here. Now that I have a child they decide to remove the kids stuff! And the clearance area is much smaller now. They consolidated they whole store, it's not really worth going to now :(

  The zipper on my F21 boots broke the first time I wore them. I live in Fairbanks and really liked the boots. I called F21 and Julie was so helpful, She found another pair in my size and even found my receipt on her computer! Great customer service.
