  If I could give this place no stars I would this is the most disgusting store I've ever been to In My Life the employees don't do anything everyone is constantly on their phone I work in retail and I wouldn't be caught dead with a store as nasty as this one and I feel embarrassed for this store! And I wish this allowed me to post a picture as well because I have 30 plus pictures of it looking disgusting! The floor looks like trash there's clothes and Hangers everywhere, even when I show up in the morning early in the morning it's still disgusting as if nobody's ever even cleaned up!

  Snobby staff members, they basically think they're better than you. Clothes are pretty though, some are cheap quality.

  All the clothes are out of place. Bad customer service👎.I'd recommend ordering online.

  When I was trying to pay there was a huge line. The cashier added a lipstick in my shopping bag even though I never tried to buy it and it wasn't in my receipt either. She just added it so the alarm would go off when I got out of the store. I know she did it on purpose cause while I was paying I tried signing up to the Forever21 shopping card, so that took a little while. And then I decided to cancel cause I didn't know my SS number. So she got annoyed by that for making the line wait for nothing. I didn't mean it and I was always nice, but adding something to my bag so I could be called a shop lifter was too much. Good thing I checked my bag before leaving and took out the lipstick. I didn't complain with her to not make others wait again. Her name was Sara. Other than that I found a great deal in clothes, but the place needs cleaning and it's too hot during summer and smells a little bad.

  The store itself is great and there are some employees that are nice enough to actually help you out and not just guess where something is and have you wandering all over a giant two-story store, wasting your time. I worked here twice and both experiences were great except having to deal with a couple managers. Some of them are rude but there's four that are so amazing. The rest, not so much, but i love shopping here and i loved working here. Just don't turn down the store manager or she'll hold a grudge against you LOL
