::Staff members are nothing but snotty little brats. I went to ask about a pair of boots that were in the clearance shelf and one of the brats replied in a rude manner "it rings up what it rings up". I would NEVER shop here again. Get your brats in check.

::Why do I have to wait 15 minutes to pay for your clothing.. took me 2 minutes to shop (surprising because of how poorly the store is arranged) and over 5 times that just waiting for one of the only 2 cashiers working to open up..

::I love this brand of men but this store doesn't manage it very well. It shows by how nothing is arranged to company standards.. it's hard to shop with so much mixed up items everywhere with no pricing for what's on sale and what's not. Hope someone fixes this before the company does away with that department.

::Messy! MESSY! MESSY! The clearance section was so messy. I couldn't find an employee to save my life and everything just seemed so out of place. I know the store is huge, but atleast have a normal employee to square foot ratio. I couldn't find one damned person. And of the one I did find, she was dressed like everyone else and if I didn't see her nametag hidden under her hair, I couldn't tell it was an employee. She wasn't helpful at all either. This store could so a LOT better with 1.) more employees to keep things in check and 2.) uniform for said employees so people can tell who is who. I'm not saying they have to all dress in the same outfit, but ffs, at least have a color code or something so people can distinguish the employees and fellow shoppers.

::Forever 21 usually has okay stuff. I might leave with a shirt or two. But this one is stocked with trashy and basic clothes. Half of the items either have holes or is ripped. Literally hanging by shreds. I imagine middle aged school girls rebelling against their parents shop here.
