  I love this store! They sell similar clothes compared to Rue 21 - products for young adults. Their dresses, shirts and shoes are fashionable and cute. They have many stuff in clearance too. I got my winter coat for $25 on clearance!

  The staff was super friendly and helpful, they always had a smile on their face and the store is pretty big. But this Forever21 lacks variety, especially for the Forever21 PLUS - I mean don't even go here if you need XL or above, because you won't find any options, which is unfortunate, because they do have a great plus section online and in other stores. If they had a Forever21 Plus section I probably would have given them 5 stars.

  I LOVE this store! The staff is so friendly & helpful. The store manager is always so sweet! The most organized Forever 2 I have ever been to. Clothes are so affordable and their policy has improved so much over the years, tags attached & receipt within 30 days, easy!

  The manager I talked to, Dara or Darag or something, is weird. Was watching me the whole time, and at the time I was the only black person shopping. On top of the staring when I tried to ask a question she was rude but with this creepy smile on her face. Don’t put her at the front of the store- she’s upsetting.
