  I love f21 I just hate when I order online to pick up in store I always have to wait 2-3 weeks to get my clothes, I don't like ordering to my house because unfortunately my packages usually get stolen

  The worst shopping experience I ever encountered. After being racial profiled and followed around the store by a female employee for about 30 mins... I got into an altercation with a Spanish male mall security guard that was coincidenly doing walking through and happened to stop in my section . If you are doing a walk through, then why are you the standing in the female underwear section . I was shopping then I thought to myself , your store doesn't deserve my money ar all .

  I had to click a star to post this comment but I give this store zero stars. They have zero customer service. Worst managers, terrible return policy. Shame on them. Shame on Greg the manager. Please learn how to speak with customers, Greg (who cannot give his last name...). Shame on the telephone customer service reps who disconnect calls after the customer waits for over ten minutes to troubleshoot a return. Shame on the corporate office for not allowing customers to return online orders in the store. My experience was so bad I wouldn't believe it if someone told me about it.   I'm so annoyed right now. I bought clothes online and shipped them here I have called a million time and no one has answered. I've tracked the shipping number for the last week, maybe more and all it says it shipped. I just want to know if the store has it. They should really answer the phones. Just bad customer service.
