  Alwful awful. You wait and wait. It's unreal. Go to a medexpress and save yourself time and stress. Worst office.

  I love the doctors at this practice. I can always get in. My primary doctor is Dr. Menacker,but all the other doctors I have met were also great. They don't just treat but they listen to you.

  Worst experience ever! Took all day to get them to "remember" that I had been there before, so I could get an appointment on the same day. When I finally get one and get to the appointment...they don't take my insurance. Which is fine and I am kind of happy with (since i will never go back and will tell everyone i know my story) but nothing was said to me when I called and told them what insurance I had. And to top it all off the office stuff is not professional and seemed like everything and one else was more important. Hope this helps people. Thanks.

  Very poor care. The doctors and assistants could care less about your health. They do not listen to you regarding your pain and discomfort and when I had a serious test done they never called me back with results. I had to call them and play phone tag with them. Recently my sister was sick in so much pain she was crying and this is not like her at all. We always work through our pain if it's manageable. The fact that they were so dismissive and then called later telling her to go to the ER pissed me off. Why is it so hard to find decent doctors!? We are never going back there. We are better off going to an urgent care facility.

  Marie in billing is great! I was unaware that my doctor has become out of my insurance network and she called me a few days before my appointment to make sure I was aware. Marie saved me time and money. I had taken the day off of work to attend my appointment and had she not called, I would have missed work for no reason. She also saved me from being charged for seeing an out of network doctor. Thank you Marie!
