::I didn't want to post this bad review. However after looking at the other reviews my experience was similar. The bottom line is they are there to make Money. You are an after thought and when you call them on it they will go out thier way to be disrespectful. They have some great people but it's the business model of making money that has ruined it for me. My experience was that my son had an appointment scheduled to do a simple cleaning. They called me weeks before on two different occasions to remind me that he had an appointment with them. Then the day of his appointment they called me and informed me that there was going to be a copay of $95 because my insurance was no longer accepting him to go to the kids side because he aged out. That he would need to reschedule and go to the adult side on another day. The problem with that was that I took time off work and I made schedule so I can go ahead and take my son that day and I feel that they should have paid the co-pay for their oversight. However they didn't want to do that and when I called them on it they decided to be arrogant and disrespectful to me. I spoke with Janaya first and her manager Sonia both of which left mine too be desired as far as customer service and empathy for wasting my time. I don't plan on going back. There are too many dental offices that I can choose from that are trying to make a dollar vs actually catering to your needs. Wow I didn't expect to write a novel. Well if you finished this smash the like button and get a smoothie on you of course.

::Don't waste your time on their so-called $ 39 special for cleaning and x-rays as it is just a bait and switch. After examining they will infom that you need deep root cleaning or other expensive types of treatment. Save yourself a lot of time and money by ignoring their "special".

::Sorry to say Dr Jarvis’s assistant hurt me very badly. He stood over me and with all the pressure he had he put the tool between my tooth and gums to place the thread in preparation for a crown. He didn’t place the thread, he dug down and held it there for several seconds then moved the tool all around the tooth probably eight more times to press it down. That crown was done 1/11/18 and it’s now 2/29/18 and my tooth and the one next to it still hurt. I have had constant headaches on same side of head where work was done. I had a brain mri to rule out a tumor. There’s no tumor. So did he bruise my trigeminal nerve? When I went back in complaining Dr Jarvis and his endo doctor said the tooth is dying. Dr Jarvis showed me the film from 1/11 and compared it to 2/1 one being a clean white root and second with black line around roots. I asked for my films today to take to an outside endo guy and the film that shows the root has been deleted now that was taken on 1/11. Not ethical. This is trauma induced. There’s no decay or abscess. Why do dentists hand off so much of their work to assistants that have little education to do dental procedures? Very disappointed. I need a root canal and if the tooth is cracked it will have to be removed.

::Nice place if you are a millionaire. Left in chair for an hour, twice when people were supposed to be coming up with a payment plan. Be sure you are loaded with lots of cash when you go there. They will suck it out of your wallet quick! Very dissatisfied. Was told discounted rate of $16,000 would solve the problem. B. S.
