::The moment I knew this place existed I wanted to visit this store. I got excited by just looking at the entrance of this place. I entered the store through the Jordan side and a huge painting of Jordan caught my eye right away. It was awesome! There's a table that holds Jordan's signature too. The rustic walls of the store adds a great feel to the place. The other side of the store holds more brands. They also have some nice sneakers on the sale counter. Their service was amazing. Almost every staff member at the store made sure if I needed help. I also had a friendly conversation with one of their staff member. My first visit turned out to be so great that I ended up getting a Jordan t-shirt to remember my visit to Chicago.

::Everytime I have tried to call this store the phone rings busy for hours. I am not sure if the number on the website has changed but it is the only number that comes up. By some chance if it does ring no one answer which sends you to a voicemail that kicks you out. Poor phone customer service for as much money as money husband spends there I feel customer service should be great in person as well as on the phone. Not answering the phone purposely is bad customer service
