  I visited Steve with a lingering calf and plantar fascia issue. He was not only thorough in his assessment, but he made sure I was informed of what he was doing and why. Unlike some other professionals I have seen in the past who seem to be trying to get you in and out as fast as possible, Steve makes you feel welcome and shows a genuine concern for your well being. I left not only feeling immediate relief in my calf’s, but with some suggestions for how to prevent further issues. I would highly reccomend Foot Tracks to anyone.

  Dr. Vasquez taught me some great exercises and stretches to help with my foot pain above just wearing orthotics. I also highly recommend the dry-needling. You’re pretty sore after it’s done but the relief is addicting :)

  Dr. Vasquez did a wonderful job of solving my foot and knee pain. As a practicing therapist I know the value of his expertise and he did a wonderfully thorough job for me- no adjustments needed after the first visit and my problems were solved. I'm back to hiking and enjoying the outdoors. I just got back from a trip to Peru where I did a 5 day trek to Machu Picchu and thanks to Steve I had no pain at all! You will be so pleased and feel so much better - I can't recommend him enough.

  Steven has been so incredibly helpful in my recovery process. I appreciate his thoroughness and patience in explaining all that he is doing and why. Between the custom-made orthotics, his exercises, the dry needling he’s done, I am pain free for the first time in years and am ready to compete again. 100% would recommend!

  I'm on my feet all day and after having a little pain I visited Dr. Vasquez who was very personable in his approach. He takes the time to ask questions and explain things thoroughly. Ive been in my orthotics for a bit now and already notice a huge improvement. He also has been working on my shoulder with dry needling, just the same as the feet I'm already seeing an improvement. Set up an appointment, well worth it!
