  A shoe store that doesn't carry a shoe on their website. Such a waste of a trip.

  Worst costumer service ever! First when we went to the store nobody was around to help us until 20 minutes later someone asked me if i needed help. The guy who did help us kept forgetting the shoe size i requested and i had to remind him that i was still waiting for a shoe. Then i was told that they would put the two shoes on hold for my online order pick up. So last night when we came home we placed the order for the shoe and online it said our order was already available. My husband goes to pick up my shoes today and they said they didn’t have the shoe anymore, they sold them. I don’t understand why nobody checked the system when they opened this morning to insure that they did not sell someone else’s shoes. Like isn’t that the smart thing to do knowing you have online order pick ups at your location? Then they claimed that we were never charged for the shoes but on our bank statement we were charged. So not only have we been charged for the shoes but we won’t be receiving them because they are not competent enough to do there job. Stop hiring incompetent people! They ruin your businesses reputation!

  Worst customer service. Walked was not greeted waited about 10 min and no one offered assistance. Went to shiekh and champs and received way better service. Get it together.

  STORE MANAGER IS DISGUSTINGLY RUDE AND THREW MY THE SHOE BOX AT ME. Went in for an exchange for a different size I bought the shoe at another store and he was completely rude, shoved my box at me and yelled at me for not going to his store first. Told me i shouldn't be buying shoes at night and treated me like an idiot. SHOULD NOT BE IN RETAIL!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Assistant manager laughed at me for asking why he was being so rude saying "he's just like that"
