::This particular location is a hit or miss when it comes to both service and supply. Some items are not restocked in a timely manner, and as someone who visits weekly, sometimes more than once a week, it's very evident. From the way the shelves are half empty from the day before, to the fact that their selection just seems to be dwindling in each aisle. Maybe except the pet aisle. Service at the butcher counter also varies. Sometimes the guy is nice, other times they can be quite apathetic towards you. Always watch their hands for sanitary purposes. I just really don't trust their practices due to the severe inconsistency overall of this place. Their bakery selection is decent. Fresh bagels, and baguettes. I like the fact that it's all self serve. I haven't found any issue or complaint in that department which I'm glad for because bread is life. I will say that I have never used their seafood counter. For the most part I don't see anyone else using it either, and there's nobody usually manning the counter anyway when you stroll by it. During busy hours, it can be such a madhouse in there. It's such a small store and maneuvering around with a giant cart can be cumbersome. Most aisles are thankfully open, and the cashiers are always nice and efficient if anything. I've been shopping here for close to a decade and the quality goes up and down, and their prices aren't very competitively priced in my opinion. They overcharge for certain products such as meat and fruit, without matching quality. They're the only big chain store that's super close to my house, (not including BJ's Wholesale) and they're always open when you need them to be so as much as I don't recommend going out of your way to shop here, it's not completely ghastly.

::Long checkout wait time and few cashiers. It's usually 2 cashiers each with along line of people, meanwhile manager is stocking shelves whole in plain view of this. Please check your dates, I have had to bring a lit of different items that I went to purchase to the front and had to go to another store. Most of the employees are extremely pleasant and helpful, except for one front manager who always has a scowl on their face and seems to be bothered if you ask a question. I was shopping here for a while because it's close and convenient, especially with a newborn and 2 other children, but after the last conversation I had with said manager, I am not going back and will travel to either Fairway or Key Food.

::- Noticeable from normal moving traffic. - FREE shared public parking for customers. - No FREE public restroom 🚻. - Wheelchair ♿ accessible entrance. - Wheelchair ♿ parking. - Fresh produce. - Clean premise. - Staff could be friendlier. - Customer service can be improved. - Price is steep. I would recommend this Foodtown Supermarket to anyone who's looking to buy fresh produce.

::A bit pricey but i can find exactly what i need. The weekly sales are great and always in stock. I go there 4 times or more a week. The workers are very helpful especially the young african American lady, who is always on the floor restocking and asking if you need help. That's good customer service.

::A most convenient food store for all your kitchen’s needs if you’ve never been you should stop in there’s free parking and a huge variety of foods, fruits and beverages for your nutritional needs. There’s a pastry/bakery section in the first aisle just after the fruits and vegetables.... lots of frozen foods if that’s your thing... not to mention an assortment of Caribbean foods and condiments. One stop shop for your toiletries cleaning supplies and even your pet’s needs. You will not be disappointed.
