::It's taken me a while to realize this, but Foodie's is great, and I hope it has a long life here in Belmont. It's very clean and well stocked and conveniently located. There's always a nice aroma from the prepared foods. The store is below ground, which initially was disconcerting, but now feels sort of homey. Prices are competitive with Shaws. Staff are friendly and trying hard; nice to see many high schoolers and new Americans well employed. My only request would be for a greater variety of organic produce.

::The wine selection was good and cheap, but the prices for everything were really high and the products were the same as anywhere else. I thought they would specialize in something but everything was the same as any other grocery store except more expensive and with fewer choices. Bathroom was nice though

::Super-convenient and pretty much everything you need on a regular basis. Don't let the looks of the parking lot deceive you ... there's always a space nearby.

::What a disappointment. I had high hopes for quality and yummy food in the middle of Belmont Center. A large waste of space.

::I was very disappointed in the Belmont Center Foodie's. There was so much hype for this great supermarket that would fill the entirety of the old Macy's and have loads of prepared food (which would be especially great for commuters). Obviously this Foodie's didn't turn out the way we were told it would. Normally, Foodie's is great! However, this one is so small, and almost the entire store is in a really cramped basement. And, of course, there's little in the way of prepared food. This is an even greater disappointment because there's a perfectly good Star Market about a mile down the street. It was never exactly clear why they decided to open a Foodie's where they did, and now I'm not really sure why they thought anyone would want to shop there.
