::Overpriced, and extremely poor service. They left a live wire that almost electrocuted me, and failed to inform us that a presssure tank was malfunctioning for numerous months, and only recommended replacing it after the warranty expired. This ensured numerous visits they could charge us for.

::I have used Foley's pump services a few times and have AlWAYS had great service. They are reliable and very professional. I had a few emergencies (no water the day before my daughter's communion was one of them) they were prompt to respond every time!!! Their prices are very fair also. I have recommended them to friends and everyone has been very pleased with their services. I feel good to know that if I need help in the future we have them to rely on.

::Paul came to our house to give us an estimate. He was beyond generous with his time and explained what he would do, even though some of his suggestions weren't technically in the best interest of his company. I trusted his recommendations and he was exceptionally knowledgeable. I don't know how his pricing compares yet, but it seemed fair. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone.

::Staying at a friend's house here in Wilton CT and the well pump went out. Someone referred a guy that told me that I needed a new pump, wire, and pipe and that all this would cost me $5500. My friend told me that he had no option but to pay the guy and I had to go to the bank to give him cash for he wouldn't take anything else. As it turns out Foley called me back for I originally called them for they installed the pump many years before. Foley himself called me back and told me that he could do what the other guy was going to do but half the price. I went over the details and sure enough he quoted me the same job for 2000 - 2500. I called back my friend and he told me to go with Foley. As it turns out Foley comes out to the house and starts to work. for whatever reason I asked the guy how much is this going to cost? He then told me $5700! I called Foley back but he was in a meeting. I explained that Foley gave me an estimate. To no avail they would not honor their price. I had to call another company to do the work they did the job for 2500! What gets me more than the changing of the price is that when Foley's guys started putting back in the new pump they used the old wires when that was one of the big things that you should not do under no circumstances. The moral of the story is that some companies don't stick to their word while others do! Thank you Water Doctors for they told me a price and then came out and stuck with it!

::Always do right by me. Used them for years. Always answer the phone cordially and has a technician call me back right away. They always listen and discuss the problem. they show up when they say they will. They carry parts on the truck so no delays or extra travel costs to parts depot. Always fairly priced and even gave a 10% senior discount without my asking. I wish the oil heating guys were this good.
