::I agree with the rest of these reviews . The people at this branch need more training I deposited a check on the 1st was told I couldn’t cash out till Friday-Saturday so that it would be cleared because it was from a different bank yet after coming on Friday the other teller told me that it can’t till Wednesday I get it the check needs 7days why was I told by another teller it be ready by Friday-Saturday then.. More training is needed. Also I have had my money deposited in another account before per mistake from the teller at this bank thanks to my receipts I was able to prove them. They make a huge deal when you take a couple thousand out because they don’t understand some people work hard and know how to make money even when I was making money from my school they was making it seem like I was doing fraud. The bank is good but this branch makes me want to switch banks All day together. What are they going to do when I’m making thousands in my career I can’t stand the people here I also feel like they take advantage of the Hispanic community and wouldn’t be surprised that they steal from the people like I said they deposited my money into another account and said it was a mistake like how do you do that when I give you my whole debit card and I’d. There’s some fraud going on here with the workers against the customers and HR or someone needs to step in and investigate this branch.

::The worst FNBO branch. 1. They are very rude and close early 2. So slow, they take 30 min per customer and then want to kick out the customers that have been waiting for an hour because they are going to close. 3. They are not helpful, if you have any question then good luck because they won’t answer it and give you the run around. They pretty much say figure it out on your own. DO NOT go to this branch, it might be close to your location and you’d think its convenient but that is wrong not even the manager is helpful all he cares about is to close up and go home. I bet they would not like to be treated this way at their bank where they handle their money. But since it isn’t their money they do not care.

::Awful service, slowest bankers I have ever seen. Been in line for now 20 minutes. Only one person in front of me this whole time. Trash service at this branch, good bank, i would just drive to the next one if i were you.

::I have my business account with them and every single branch and teller I’ve ever dealt with has been super nice. Not this branch or maybe I should just say not this teller. Maybe a coaching opportunity for the guy in the drive thru teller line. I didn’t even get a receipt for my transaction.

::When I go to my bank I get treated well and with professionalism although today I had dealt with a lady with a unpleasant attitude. I was tempted to correct her on her attitude but i did not because perhaps of miscommunication but once she was done with my transaction she still had an attitude with me which was disappointing because I go to the bank every weekend.
