  To them I wasn’t just another sale where they were working for commission like most dealers. Instead I was able to work with honest & genuine people who understand that the car buying experience can be a little nerve wrecking. I can say I was very anxious going in. But I soon came to realize that this is a place where my dream car can become reality without signing over my life. The staff at FM Auto works hard for what you want & makes the process easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.

  F&M Auto Brokerage customer service truly stands out! Alfonzo's professionalism genuineness and constant communication made me feel at easy during the entire process. I at no point felt like a customer but rather a friend or family member whom he was trying to help. The process was streamlined, quick and hassle free! Note that I was in a vehicle accident on Saturday.I was worried I wouldn't have a car for months, however F&M Auto Brokerage made sure I had a car in less than 5 days. I found out my car was totaled on a Wednesday, filled the credit application that same night and was contacted by Alfonzo the next day, Thursday. By Friday of that week I had a car! Alfonzo's knowledge allowed me to be confident in my purchase and for that I am super thankful.

  I called F&M with a specific request that I had failed for weeks at finding exactly what I wanted. Within 24 hours my new car is in my driveway. Amazing service!

  Love the Serivce, the Professionalism, the NO Hassle, You pick the car they do the rest. NO Waiting, just walk right in sign on the dotted line and drive off in your car.....l Love them. Will recommend them without a second thought. Loving my new Honda Accord 2018 Sport. Thanks Again!
