  Spoke to Wendy, couldn't understand what she was saying with a really strong Chinese accent. Kept talking and didn't like it if you want to confirm something, very confusing person. Didn't resolve anything at her end, had to call someone who speaks English.

  Very low quality service and ATM machine error money did not come out. Bank retained money to find out for 2 weeks. it's unbelievable. There were unprofessional work always a lady worker. I could not believe that how to receive salary such like attitude.
