  I dropped my fur baby off here this passed weekend and when I picked her up after two days she looked very happy and well taken care of. I absolutely loved the environment and the staff as well. They were all very friendly and seemed eager to get to know my dog. Would definitely recommend and will be using their services again.

  Just picked up my bestie. I missed him so much but received a report card with some cute pictures and description while I was away. Since I got the 20% off special I went ahead and added a bath to his stay and now got a happy little fluffy guy who smells so nice. Highly recommend!

  ABUSE!!! My girl is a sweet well trained dog but she doesn't play well with others. The kennels here are the size of small broom closets so the only way for the dogs to get out is to be with all the other dogs.(mind you, the employees bring their dogs to work with them so all the dogs are not treated equally).since we've been home she has been very depressed and disinterested in the family, I figured she was mad at us for leaving her there but then I quickly noticed that she will flinch every time I put my hand up to pet her head. I have never hit my dog I don't understand why she would wince in fear otherwise. Not to mention they lost all of her toys and she left in a different collar than she had arrived in. At the end of the day, you leave your pet in the hands of others and you expect them to be cared for with the same love and respect that you have for them. Not this place. This place is a disgrace.

  We are very happy with Fluffy's Pet Resort! They took awesome care of our dog. They sent me report cards and pictures of her almost every day (she was having fun in the mini pool, running, playing, cuddling...)They are very accessible; the owner, Richard, would quickly reply to my emails since the first time I contacted them requesting info prior to making the reservation. This will definitely be my dog's "home away from home " when we go on vacation. Highly recommend it!

  This past weekend was my second time taking my job for grooming services. The first visit was good. Received new customer discount and whoever the groomer was did a good job. This second time I met a groomer (not sure if she groomed my dog the first time) but she did not do a good job. I was told my dog will be done within the hour, came back within the hour and she was just giving her a bath. I was confused. I paid $48.00 and she brought my dog out to me still damp, her face was cleaned up but the rest of her fur didn't look like she cut anything. She still has a lot of hair on her paws and her entire body. I have noticed there are a couple patches of hair that was cut and it's nowhere near even with the rest of her damn body. I mean she looked the same when I took her in. I told the groomer do not cut her fur too low where she looks bald, she took that of hardly cutting her at all. I am very angry I paid that much for what it seems like just a bath. The location is questionable and the fact they have to lock the door often, makes me feel uncomfortable leaving my dog there. I can't wait to let the staff know how upset I am with them for the lack of service and the amount of money I had to pay. I will not take my dog back, not even for them to actually correct this and actually groom her. I also do not like how they do not keep record of the dogs they've groomed. I am highly dissatisfied!!!
