  Placed a delivery order which went fine , they took my money , called me a few hours later telling me they couldn't fulfil my order because they ran out of my flowers...still haven't received a refund. .ruined the day also ...avoid this place since they clearly can't manage a flower inventory ..

  The owner was such a blessing for our family!!! At the last minute we needed a bridal bouquet made for my niece and she came to the rescue! It was the most beautiful wedding bouquet ever! She made it exactly how we wanted it and went above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience!! Thank you so much! We will never forget your kindness!

  Dan and Tara are amazing!!!! I requested an order for my anniversary and they pulled through despite amazingly busy schedules during the arts festival!!! My order was in no way easy or common, I asked that they do something unique and unusual and time consuming!!! And they did beautifully!!! Dan is a Flower God!!! Arrangement divinity in action!!!! For great service and beautiful and visually decadent arrangements, this is the place to go with the staff to accommodate you!!!!

  Ordered a dozen red "fancy" rose bouquet for my wife for our 42nd anniversary, was told price would be $120 including a mylar balloon & a card plus tax and delivery to Fort Worth TX, but I was charged total of $146.94 on my credit card. However when I found out that the mylar balloon had not been delivered I had to call to have the "omission" rectified. Bottom line, I am less than satisfied at the overall cost and "incomplete" service follow-through which necessitated an additional phone call on my part to correct the "problem". I would NOT recommend this florist. Also, the delivery location was just a couple of blocks a way, but I was still charged $10 for it.

  I ordered an arrangement for mother's day and paid extra for them to add peonies to my mother's arrangement. When I showed up to my mother's house that evening I noticed the arrangement did not have peonies. I called the following morning asking why her arrangement did not have peonies when I specifically paid extra for them.. they proceeded to tell me that their shipment never arrived. I was surprised by their response simple because the day before they called to ask me if I was okay with them adding only one shade of pink peonies to the arrangement instead of two shades of pink. Then they proceeded to tell me that they added more than enough roses to make up for the missing peonies. Well...I didn't pay for roses...I paid for peonies. The lack of common courtesy to simply call me and let me know was the disappointing part of it all. I had to see the actual arrangement and make the call to them myself.
