    Never trust this place! I placed an order for Valentine's Day through Ingallina's who sent my order to this flower shop. I ordered 2 arrangements of 1 dozen red roses each and only one arrangement showed up! Ingallina's was great and refunded my money, but this flower shop is disputing Ingallina's and told them they delivered both arrangements when they didn't; they are liars and do not trust this flower shop! I will never order from them again!

    Popped in for a bouquet, and what the ladies here threw together in minutes was beautiful, and smelled amazing. Couldn't ask for better service, brighter flowers, or bigger smiles.

    I searched for a local flowershop near a business I needed flowers delivered. I used the link to access their website. After researching their selection, I selected product # E8-4198, The FTD® Pure Romance™ Rose Bouquet which was listed for 49.99 plus $5 delivery fee. I got an email confirmation and was satisfied. About 30 minutes later, I get a call from the business saying they made a "mistake" and would need to fix the order for 89.99. That is bait and switch. They blamed the error on their website. I simply stated that it was not my fault their website was faulty and that they should honor the order I placed. After a heated argument, they chose to cancel my order. I'm guessing that this sort of "mistake" practice might be common. I would never do business like this. You must honor the prices you set, not attempt to charge your customer more for your incompetence.
