  Terrible experience! They said they tried to deliver twice to me (a gift someone else arranged) and they never actually showed up at my door. They claimed trying to deliver yesterday twice when they clearly had not. We did not have anyone buzz in nor come to the door & someone else was home. They did not contact me nor did they leave a tried to deliver note. When I called to give my information, they did not answer the phone after repeated tries and when they finally did, they hung up on me without letting me finish speaking at all. As someone who has worked for a florist in the past, this is TERRIBLE bad behavior and not how you should run your business, especially on high traffic days.

  If you know Plants you'll see they don't do a good job caring and mainting them here unfortunately. Plant Shed on 96th St (Bway & Columbus) is the most spectacular, amazing and beautiful plant store you would ever visit.

  We had a very nice experience. We came here for house plants and found that the shop had a great selection of everything we needed for our small apartment. We got beautiful miniature cacti and succulents, as well as two bigger plants - a lily and and one in a hanging basket. The owner was very helpful and gave us advice. I also like how he let us take our time and look at everything before we decided. The prices are great! If you need to enliven your space with some house plants, small or big, this is a great place to start.
