  I used flowers by Kelly for my wedding, they did the most amazing job, it was so beautiful !!! All my family and friends are still talking about it . I would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a florist!!!

  I called and they gave me exactly what I wanted in my price range and the flower arrangement was incredibly outstanding. It was a very dear friends Birthday today. My friend was so happy she texted numerous pictures. All beautiful. I will shop here whenever I need flowers. They made both of us so happy. We love you Kelly.

  Placed an order on Flowers By Kelly's website. Her site stated that I had just under 40 minutes to submit an order for same day delivery. I quickly placed my order for tulips for my wife to be delivered today. I received the confirmation email and noticed that there was an extra space in my address that wasn't there when I confirmed everything on the site. To alleviate any possible confusion I called over to Flowers By Kelly to quickly confirm my address. She cut me off and asked, "Is this for today???" Her tone gave me the impression that she thought my order was ridiculous. I tried to explain that her site gave me the option of delivery today and that I ordered about 30 minutes prior. She said, "well I haven't seen it yet, but I'm putting together a wedding now and would have rejected it!" "What is it for anyway?" I replied tulips. She says, "I don't even have any tulips in stock, maybe Monday or Tuesday I will. I'll cancel your order." My advice for Kelly, if you offer same day delivery before a certain time....honor it....if you offer tulips for sale on you site....make sure they are in stock....don't let unsuspecting potential good repeat customers waste there time and order from you and then reject their orders if it doesn't work for you. That's no way to grow your business. I am a loyal customer to all local businesses who treat me right. You'll have one less order to reject next time.

  I had an amazing experience at Flowers by Kelly. They did my grandmothers sympathy flowers. Kelly was kind and so helpful in deciding what to choose. I have used this florist for many happy occasions. This was the first sad one... and i was so pleased with everything they made for my family. I recommend them highly. Thanks again Kelly.

  I have ordered from this shop before and have not had an issue but this most recent order will be my last. Flowers were delivered when no one was home. Owner said she called but no messages were left. She sailed she wasn't going to go back and forth to be sure the flowers were delivered. Flower arrangement had broken stems, wilted in less than 2 days and when I called to discuss it the owner was rude. So much for the "100% satisfaction guaranteed " statement on their website.
