::If you are from Staten Island, you must know that Flowers by Bernard is the BEST that there is. I have been buying bouquets for various occasions for years. This year I was married on 7/1/17, and they provided more than I could've asked for. Over the past year they have provided flowers for all of my wedding needs - the Bridal Shower, Rehearsal Dinner, and of course the wedding. I didn't know the names of various flowers, but had an idea of the type of look and what colors I wanted. Elissa understood what I was looking for every time, and delivered amazing product.
